By engaging Omics Lab for computational biology dry-lab services, you agree to the following scientific terms and ownership parameters:

Pipeline Deliverables & Code Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment, you hold complete ownership of the final annotated Seurat/Scanpy variables, CSV gene files, and vectorized figures. Custom analysis scripts created by Omics Lab specifically for your project are licensed to you under the open-source MIT terms, allowing unlimited redistribution.

Co-authorship Availability

Co-authorship on academic publications is entirely optional and is decided on a project-by-project basis. If our bioinformatics liaison provides substantial contribution to the biological interpretation or drafts the scientific methods log, co-authorship may be requested according to standard ICMJE guidelines.
