At Omics Lab, we understand the critical nature of proprietary research data. This privacy document outlines how we secure, process, and delete raw sequence count matrices and chemical parameters submitted to our computational dry-lab setups.

Data Security Protocols

Any raw FASTQ, RDS, H5AD, or PDB files transferred to our team are transmitted exclusively via encrypted SSH/SFTP or SSL protocols. Data is housed in completely isolated local network nodes with zero external internet access. We do not leverage or inspect customer data arrays for training general models.

NDA Agreements

We execute formal Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to data ingestion, ensuring legal protections for intellectual property.
